Any unauthorized or improper use of this system is prohibited and may subject me to criminal, civil, or administrative penalties.
PayChek, LLC will immediately terminate my access to the portal and my subscription if I engage in unauthorized use of the portal.

The information provided by PayChek, LLC is considered private and confidential. I agree that I will only disseminate it to authorized management members of my organization and will not distribute it to anyone outside of my organization.
