Notice and Consent

I am accessing the PayChek, LLC proprietary information system. This information system is to be used by authorized users only. My use of this information system may be monitored, recorded, or audited. All access or use of this information system indicates consent to monitoring, recording or auditing such use. Authorized use of this system is currently limited to me accessing and making permitted changes to my profile, downloading case materials, and electronically filing designated forms by PayChek, LLC.

• PayChek, LLC is a “Trust but Verify” risk management payment system that uses a unique payment verification system to conduct a payment profile search of prospective clients saving our providers time and money in debt collection efforts.
• PayChek, LLC is not a credit reporting service nor are we a collection agency. PayChek, LLC does not determine the creditworthiness of individuals or companies. We cannot ensure the accuracy of reports of credit bureau agencies which are used in compiling information.
• Any unauthorized or improper use of this system is prohibited and may subject me to criminal, civil, or administrative penalties.
• PayChek, LLC will immediately terminate my access to the portal and my subscription if I engage in unauthorized use of the portal.

The information provided by PayChek, LLC is considered private and confidential. I agree that I will only disseminate it to authorized management members of my organization and will not distribute it to anyone outside of my organization.
